Service was terrible never received the product
I feel I have been scammed. The shipper says the product was delivered yet it never showed up and the customer service from Kala Red Light Therapy was the worst I have ever experienced.
As a former business owner, I do not understand how this company survives. Please do your research before purchasing any of their products, there are many customers who experienced what I have. Beware definitely not proud that they claim to be a Canadian Company.
In the end, Kala Red Light Therapy and their shipper ghosted me and banned me from further commenting on their Instagram site. They even get you to purchase insurance which nobody honors. I have reported them to the consumer protection branch in British Columbia and I am working with my credit card company to get the charges reversed.

Terrible Customer Service
The product seems good, but the instructions aren’t great. They seem to be lacking enough information.
Unfortunately far worse than that the after-service is terrible. I have tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to get the brackets to attach two elites together. It was supposed to be sent with the second elite, but it didn’t arrive.
After trying their chat but getting no response, I tried emailing and eventually got one response saying I would have tracking for it. That never happened and I still don’t have the brackets. I have emailed several times about it and have had no response.
I could not find a phone number for them either.
I wanted to support a Canadian company, but right now I regret my decision. It looks like I will have to return to the second elite because without the brackets it’s of no use to us.
Very disappointing and frustrating. Companies that don’t have good customer service are not usually good to deal with. Kala is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. Making an expensive purchase should warrant better customer service.

Many red LED bulbs are used in this device. A lower-frequency red light option and a near-infrared setting are both available. You can use either one at once.
